TO SUPPORT MILITARY AND VETERANS WITH A FOCUS ON SUICIDE PREVENTION.
A few years after Chad and Ali got married, their brother, Adam, was injured in the Air Force and was eventually medically discharged. Then shortly after, Chad was injured and he too was medically discharged. To say this was a difficult time emotionally and financially would be an understatement, but nothing could have prepared them for what was to come.
On January 31, 2016 Adam took his own life. Adam wasn't just Chad's brother, he was his best friend. He is the reason they are fighting for veterans across America.
Our long term goal is to create and provide a transitional course for military leaving the service and veterans who have recently left the service. The military teaches many important skills and life lessons, but is falling short of preparing our heroes for civilian life. We hope to achieve this goal over the next five years. This will be our primary focus for aiding in veteran suicide prevention, which, is currently occurring to 20 veterans a day according to most recent data put out by the VA.
